Protests to no avail

Skip owned the course at Manions CX. BH claimed my new custom grill (thanks to Best) sucked because it is not carbon and had no pork on it.BH is not looking serious here, on cruise control. At the start line, someone told me my aero helmet was not legal for a mass start. I explained that I spent all summer in the wind tunnel and found that the helmet was more aero than aero wheels, and my team's limited budget was stretched after getting our new suits for cross. Rumors of protests circulated after the race, but the officials let me start, so nothing could be done.
Fish went up the hill more times than anyone and smiled during both his events but not in this photo.
ProPam was confused about why a 60+ old man was scouring the rule book to have her DQ'ed when he should be more concerned about retirement.MacDaddy had the best number and did it justice.LtD had some bad luck with a broken pedal but was hammering the course. Obviously, with tips from Cassidy.Shotgun's back blew up, but he still sprinted to second. He got protested, too, when third place did not realize it was the last lap and wanted half Shot's cash because they could not have a do-over.Best beat a pro (as if anyone doubted he could).Lastly BH beat this guy, so I owe him a dozen cookies. The cookies will be frosted with an asterisk to note that he DNF'd. The next batch will wait until he finishes the race with you in front of him.

Who was the pro that was beat?

ProPam DQ'd for what? And who is this 60 year old?

I'm sorry, but I am so confused. I guess "you had to be there".

The only thing better than racing on a beautiful sunny 65 degree day, is beer and BBQ'd curry chicken pita's after!

Green beans! Nice pictures! Thanks for the bike and the advice of not destroying my cranks, it was fun hanging out with you.

Sounds like a lot of trickery was used by the BOCOMO peloton this past weekend.
