One thing at a time.

Experimenting is exciting with failures and the occasional success.  I have been experimenting with cookie recipes for the past 20 years and have adopted/developed a peanut-butter chocolate chip cookie that is our house cookie with slight modification from a recipe from my Mom.  Chula was at a conference and raved about a bacon cookie that has been nagging at me.  I made an attempt at my first bacon cookie.  Solid support from my current batch of testers but I am not a fan.  I like to keep my bacon simple as bacon and my cookies as cookies hold the meat please.  Just like I like me beer as beer.  Here is the latest Ready for Spring Oatmeal Stout.  Stop by for cookies and beer sometime but not in the same glass or cookie.
