"Funny thing about..."

Started it off proper with a Cards game, meat of unknown origin in tube form, cheap beer that was really expensive and working friends.  Followed by Lost Valley dirt bike race in STL with BigBen not MediumBen and Andy.  I have not raced a lot this year but the course was fun and I am a sucker for traveling with friends to ride some different trails for a day.  Racing hurts.  Maybe I am not used to riding that long at that pace but I was totally spent afterwards.  After it stopped hurting the rewarding feeling of pushing oneself felt oddly satisfying but not that satisfying that I am racin again.
