The constant traffic and industry noise of the city grinds me down. On a recent ride to the country I was enjoying quite roads. I spied a small ribbon of trail and followed it for a few kms. It led me to this little beach. I rested taking in the sounds of the ocean and wind. Returning home tossed me back into the concrete jungle.
